Nova, Iceland’s most innovative telecom company, needed a design system that could keep up with its rapid pace of change. Together, we created Konfetti — a colorful, scalable system designed to unify Nova’s visual language, accelerate digital projects, and make their team more efficient than ever.

Our mission was to create a design system that embodies Nova’s vibrant personality while ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across every digital product and touchpoint.

Bringing the Brand Together

As Nova expanded, its visual language began to fragment, making it harder to maintain a cohesive experience. Konfetti solved this by unifying Nova’s brand across websites, apps, login systems, and marketing campaigns. The system became the single source of truth, keeping every touchpoint consistent and unmistakably Nova.

SCALABILITY

Built for Any Screen, Any Time

Konfetti is a grid-based system with component stacking, meaning every design element is connected to a master component. A single update cascades through all instances — from buttons to icons — keeping everything up to date with minimal effort. Responsive type was carefully designed with a custom scaling formula, ensuring typography adapts beautifully to every screen size.

Faster Projects, Less Overhead

Konfetti dramatically reduces production time and internal workload. With a rich library of decorative elements, scalable components, and prebuilt modules for IA and user flows, teams can launch projects faster while maintaining visual and functional consistency.
